Born and raised in the Texas Hill Country, I spent my childhood on my grandparents’ ranch which sparked a lifelong passion for the outdoors and shaped my appreciation for nature and the freedom that land provides. My background in the outdoor hospitality and hunting industry helps me connect others with properties in a meaningful way, not just as an investment, but as a place to build memories. Having relocated to North Texas, as a husband and father of two girls, I understand the importance of finding land where a family can grow, explore, and put down lasting roots. Not only do I enjoy helping families fulfill their dreams of owning acreage property, but I look forward to the new friends made along the way.

Austin Moro

I was born and raised in Birmingham Alabama. I spent my summers at my grandparents' where I learned to love the outdoors and the country life. In high school I had a passion for football, basketball and baseball. I attended the University of Alabama where I met my beautiful wife. We married two years ago and had the opportunity to move to Fort Worth where we have found our home in Texas. I feel honored to be able to help other families find a place to call home as well.

Born and raised in Boerne TX, I spent as much time as possible outdoors with family and friends on ranches all across Texas. My passion for the outdoors led me to pursue a degree in Natural Resource and Environmental Studies from Texas State University. After graduation, I worked for Texas A&M Agrilife, which expanded my opportunity to travel the State, and grow my appreciation for the more rural way of life, living on acreage. Joining NLP gave me the privilege of sharing this experience with families looking for the same country lifestyle. Steve Jones

I was born and raised in Texas, and attended Pottsboro High School in far North Texas. After graduation, I enlisted in the United States Army, and served 5 years as an Infantry Soldier. During my service , I deployed two times, to Afghanistan and Kuwait. I am proud to have served my country, and I continue that same passion for service today in my civilian career with NLP. As an avid outdoorsman, I love all things outside…hunting, fishing, and riding motorcycles. I have been blessed to live on acreage my whole life, and the ability to introduce families to this relaxed lifestyle is a pure pleasure.
